Arbiter, a private Overwatch 2 external.
This case is intentionally sparse. Arbiter is a commercial external for Overwatch 2, under active development ahead of a private sale. The what is on this page. The how — feature list, mechanics, capture path, driver detail, anti-analysis surface, architecture, source, and screenshots — is not. It stays under NDA until the sale is closed. The only reason this project appears on the site at all is that it is currently the largest thing I build in a week, and hiding it entirely would misrepresent the work.

Arbiter is the biggest project I've been part of by every measure that matters: hours per week, months of runway, buyer expectation, and the financial weight sitting behind it. It is a real commercial build for a real buyer, and it is on schedule for a real handover.
I'm the second engineer on the team, working alongside the lead. Junior track, doing the work I'm asked to do and learning fast where the work is unfamiliar. The lead sets architecture and direction. I ship the parts I own, and I sit in the review loop for the rest.
Everything else on this site (Sair, Colorbot, OSINT) was solo. Arbiter is not, and the difference has been the most useful thing about it.
Confidentiality, on purpose.
You can know it exists, that it is for Overwatch 2, and that it is external. Anything past that lives on the other side of the NDA: the buyer's identity, the feature surface, the specific mechanics, the capture and input paths, the driver detail, the anti-analysis surface, the architecture, and the source. That's not a placeholder while I decide what to publish; that's the deal, and it stays that way through and after the sale.
Public write-ups, deep-dive posts, screenshots, and code samples are not on the table for this project. If you're reading this and you were hoping for a technical walk-through, this case is deliberately not that. My other cases are.
